Refund policy
Because of the nature of the store's items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not issue refunds as these are created by hand upon order and are custom and/or personalized items.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If an item is to be replaced, the original item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
